We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Your username, avatar, cover image, chosen teams, IQ score and streaks are visible to other users on the leaderboard. Your first and last name are shown only to people you have accepted as friends. Your email address, date of birth, phone number and mailing address are never visible to other users.
If you grant permission, we send push notifications to remind you to submit picks before upcoming games. You can withdraw this permission at any time through your device's notification settings (Settings → Notifications → FoamFinger) or from within the app.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account in the app removes your personal data immediately. If you request deletion by email instead, we will complete it within 30 days. In either case, we may retain limited information where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

FoamFinger is intended for adults aged 18 and older, in line with its 18+ App Store rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@foamfinger.app.
FoamFinger lets you choose a username and upload a profile picture and banner image. Those are visible to other users on leaderboards and through the friends system, which makes them user-generated content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
The following are not allowed in a username, profile picture, banner image or any other content you provide: harassment, bullying or threats directed at another person; hate speech or content attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age or sexual orientation; sexually explicit or pornographic imagery; graphic violence; impersonation of another person or organisation; and spam, scams or fraudulent solicitation.
Reporting. Every user profile in the app has a report control — open the Leaderboard, tap the ⋯ button on any user's row (or press and hold the row), and choose "Report". You will be asked to select a reason and can add detail. You can also email support@foamfinger.app.
Our commitment. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules above is removed, and we suspend or permanently remove the accounts of users who post it. Users who repeatedly break these rules lose access to FoamFinger.
Blocking. The same ⋯ menu offers "Block". Blocking a user removes them from your friends list and hides them from every leaderboard and search result you see; it also hides you from them. Blocking is silent — the blocked user is not told. You can review and undo your blocks at any time in the app's settings. Filing a report automatically blocks the reported user as well, so you will not see them while we review.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and Row Level Security policies on our database. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
